Our Noosa style contemporary home has been designed to embrace the gardens surrounding it. Large timber folding doors open back on both sides inviting the gardens in. The expansive alfresco covered deck and outdoor kitchen is the perfect place for entertaining. We enjoy a sunset drink whilst looking over the dam to the hills beyond. A kangaroo may saunter past or the horses may be grazing in the high paddock as the sun sets.
Not a neighbour to be seen but they are always there if you need them in this small but vibrant community. Noosa is 25 minutes away if you care to visit to enjoy all the sophistication that this famous beach and river resort destination has to offer. The charming and quaint village of Pomona is 5 minutes away for a coffee and all your day to day needs. Weekend markets for all local things fresh and fabulous.
The Noosa Trail Network goes past our front gate leading you in a choice of directions. In one direction is Kin Kin and Cooran, or you can visit Ringtail National Park, a remnant of the original rainforest that used to cover the entire valley. Ride your horses or cycle or walk through these beautiful and well maintained trails to see the best of the Noosa Hinterland.
A stand-alone self-contained granny flat is a wonderful addition to Black Pinch. Visiting friends and family can enjoy their own very comfortable space whilst they stay with us.
If you have horses they are well looked after here with solid timber stables, a round yard and 5 separate paddocks allowing rotation. That red Pomona clay soil and the rainfall we have in the area provides good grazing year-round. Our friends call it the horse resort.
