The yard is perfect for a puppy dog and they are pets are approved by the body corp. It is a nice private garden with established trees.

Upstairs you have two very good-sized bedrooms with built-in robes and air conditioning as well as a large two-way bathroom with full full-sized tub. The main bedroom leads out to the large upstairs balcony which has some views of the ocean and the rear has views of the river. You will love the sea breezes.

There is no doubt this property would be a great rental, however I think it is very suited to a retiree wanting to downsize but not compromise.
