The huge dining area is similarly impressive with space for the largest of dining tables, which you'll need with all these bedrooms on offer. The family room too, is impressive with abundant space for everyone to relax, and what better focal point than a real fireplace.

That said, there's also the acoustically insulated media/music room as well, with comfortable air-con and fan, so you can keep all the noise under control if you have a movie buff, budding Guitarist or Drummer in the family.

The bedrooms are big and adaptable too so if you don't need the bedroom space, you can easily utilise the space in other ways. If you're looking for a Granny Flat, I'd recommend an inspection, as this may work better than a separate flat.

The Bedrooms in brief :-

Bedroom 1 is well sized with a double built-in, air-con and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 is also well sized, with a double built-in, air-con, ceiling fan and external door.
Bedroom 3 is again well sized, with double built-in, air-con, ceiling fan and also has a door out !

Bedroom 4 has a double built-in and ceiling fan. It's currently used as a Craft Room.
Bedroom 5 is again well sized and has a walk-through robe and access to a superb 2-way bathroom.
Bedroom 6 is, yes you guessed, spacious with a single cupboard and is currently used as a Gym.

Bedroom Bed 7 is the master bedroom and it's huge, with air-con, double door entry, fully fitted walk-through robe and attractive en-suite with twin vanity, large shower area and semi concealed toilet.

But there's more ! As our headline states, there is also a study with views out out over the front yard with a full width built-in desktop as well ...

With all these rooms and potentially all these people, the laundry should also be spacious which it is ! And just for good measure we have a good-sized mud room as well, through a separate door off the main vestibule.

However, let's not forget the family sized bathroom which is suitably stylish, with built-in storage in addition to the traditional bath and shower. This in turn, is complimented by a separate powder room with sink and toilet. So that makes 3 bathrooms in total. And then perhaps not surprisingly, there is a huge walk-in linen cupboard as well.

Moving outside, things are also on a large scale - the big in-ground salt pool with an attractive Gazebo is readily accessible from the large covered outdoor entertainment area and if you like your veggies, well there's plenty of raised veggie beds out there and interestingly you also have easy back yard access from the lane at the back and yes that's correct, you have no back neighbours.
