Carrara Gardens is renowned for having the largest townhouses in the central Gold Coast area and, having now sold over 90 in this complex alone, I believe I am well qualified to comment on the quality and value of Townhouse 70!

For starters, it is located on “Golden Alley” – my terminology to describe a select number of townhouses in the complex where the privacy is extreme because there are no neighbours to the rear, only one adjoining neighbour meaning you have extra land access via the side and the townhouses on the other side have been built facing away from your potential, exciting new home.

Believe me, in addition to townhouse size and layout, centrality, privacy, noise, security and parking are the key determinants to quality living. Townhouse 70 scores a 7 out of 7 for mine and that’s why it is a serious ‘must inspect’. Plus, its easy-care living, affordable and a great palette to add your own panache should you so decide.

All 3 carpeted B/R’s are large with built-ins; the master will easily accommodate a King size bed...and then some.

Both the ensuite and main bathrooms are tiled and extremely functional (main bathroom offering separate shower and bath plus a separate WC…PLUS…there's the powder room on the ground level for convenience.

Downstairs, the open plan townhouse uses tiles extending from the entrance though the kitchen to the good-sized family room & dining. You will pick up all the cool breezes and the split-system air conditioner will be your back up to ensure your complete comfort in summer or winter.
