Each Unit has a single lock-up garage with remote controlled door, an external patio area with landscaped gardens and some with a large grassed areas as well as gardens.

The facilities for use of the residents in the complex are a large in ground salt water pool and landscaped BBQ area.

Less than 5 minutes walking distance to Calamvale Market shopping complex which has a large supermarket, cafes, doctors, chemist, dentist and other specialty stores. Buses are at the door for travel to the City via Garden City or Sunnybank or Browns Plains. There are two major State School close by and within walking distance.
