The yard is fully fenced and has a great outdoor BBQ areaout back to watch the Kangaroos . The shed for your boat is 9mts long 4mts wide and a 3.3 high withelectric roller door and freezer inside.
The upstairs consists of a Master suite with walk in robe and ensuite, air conditioning, ceiling fan,TV, King Bed and sitting area. The other areahas a fully functioning kitchen with newfridge/freezer; microwave inverter oven. The dining table seats 6 with the lounge bench and 2recliners. New LED TV and DVD player for your entertainment .There is also a Murphy Queen Bed(wall) that can be folded up when not needed. The ensuite is the only bathroom on this floor. Thisroom has 2 ceiling fans with great views of the bushland behind the house.The veranda has 2 sides, the south side is enclosed with day bed ideal for an after lunch nap with acomfy 4 seater cane lounge for curling up with than book you want to read. The east side has waterglimpses with a 6 place outdoor setting, perfect for morning coffee or breakfast.
