272C as described by the owner's daughter is a sanctuary and place of peace, read in her own words why for 19 years the property has been so special to the family who called it home, with a sea change now in retirement the sellers are proud to present the property for the next chapter, will you be the author, the family to enjoy the property to its fullest?

Read the beautiful words from the daughter who grew up here below.
After having moved all around the world and never having had a place to call home, this was our first real home. We all continued to travel separately and as a family across the years, but this was always the sanctuary and place to escape and find peace. Regardless of the swirling chaos of work in the city, you turn into 272C and a weight lifts off you and it all seems so far away. Waking up in the morning and looking out the windows while still in bed and seeing a wallaby with a joey munching on the lawn in the early dawn mist.
Only a few years ago we discovered the land extended further into the bush than we realised, and we made plans to one day lay some paths through the bush out the back and build bridges to cross the gully one day.

The jacaranda tree and flame trees out the back which we planted as little tube stock every year for 20 years we have watched them grow taller. The fruit and nut trees on the hill were all planted by our family over many years, and when you walk on the land that has given so much in bounty and spirit, we will never forget this place, it will always hold a special place in our hearts, and it will forever be missed.

The potential for a prefab granny flat and extra income subject to BCC approval to be added on the block, plus the options for a lifestyle of self-sustainable, tranquil escape within 15 minutes of modern services, you can have it all. You are invited to experience the property at one of our open homes and see why 272C the owners have loved the property and how you can make it your family's escape from the world.
