Affordable housing under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) is available to eligible tenants only. These properties are privately owned and endorsed by the State and Federal Government scheme, which provides new properties at discounted rents to eligible low and medium income earners.
1. To obtain a rental application please enter your email address when you register for the inspection and you will receive the application via email.
If you do not have an email address we will have application forms at the inspection.
2. PRINT and complete your application and attach the following:
- 100 points of ID
- Current proof of income
- A copy of your NRAS registration letter
All documentation is to be given to the property manager at the open home. Applications can only be accepted from those who have viewed the property.
3. Please ensure all documentation is FULLY completed and ready for the open home.
Please note we DO NOT follow up on any uncompleted applications. Please make sure to have all supporting documents attached upon submitting to the property manager.
4. Application processing takes approximately 7-9 business days.
First 2 weeks rent = $634.00
Bond (4 weeks rent) = $1,268.00
Prospective tenants MUST meet the eligibility criteria and obtain registration from the Queensland Department of Housing & Public Works.
