We are a couple and have been living in the area for a long time. We bought this classic beach shack in 2013, renovated the place with love. New roof, one new bathroom, the garden needed a big rescue session too.
The solar panels came next, best thing ever, Hardly pay any electricity bill.
Step by step we transformed this neglected house into a little Beach treasure. A handy kitchen opens to the living area which is connected with the verandah. Master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in storage, has french doors to the ocean. There is a room attached on the side which is currently used as an office but can be a bedroom too. A TV-room or study with a fancy bathroom can be converted as a separate living space for guests or rental.
The back yard is your biggest treasure, straight to the beach with no street between you and the ocean.
