The property has two stable buildings with the main stables having 13 boxes Eleven- 4m x 4m and two- 4m x 8m foaling boxes. There is a wash bay, tack room and feed room. The second building (called The Lodge) is block construction with a stainless steel kitchen and incorporates another 6 boxes 2 large 5m x 7m plus four small ones great for ponies or storage. Two Stallion yards adjoin the building.
There are a total of 11 paddocks, connected via lane ways which include a foaling paddock in front of the house for easy monitoring plus a shady holding yard and breeding yards with a teasing wall. Fencing throughout the property is 4 plain wires with an offset hot wire.
Other facilities include a covered 12 meter diameter round yard, a grassed arena and cattle yards with race and loading ramp. For farm storage there is four bay machinery shed with a side skillion roofed area, ideal for storage of a gooseneck. The Bali Hut has a workers shower and toilet and a horse laundry for washing of rugs.
Water is obtained from three dams, one spring feed pond plus tanks on all buildings.
Years ago, there was even a training track around the property which could still be reinstated with some works.
For the endurance riders there is 10,000 hectares of National Park close by with numerous horse trails.
Located in the northern part of the Sunshine coast Belli Park is only a 10 minute drive to Eumundi Township and a 30 minute drive to Noosa (google maps.)
Sadly for the owners it is time to sell. The horses are gone and it is time for new owners to reinvigorate the property as a premiere horse facility.
