Unit 402 is on the 4th level, it has two good sized bedrooms, bathroom and laundry combined with built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. The fantastic residential sized kitchen would make any chef proud, with plenty of bench-top space and loads of drawers and cupboards for storage. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opens onto the balcony, the entire package of furniture, TV, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery are all included.
