If you are looking for something very special, in fact, so unique you can say a one of a kind.... This luxury home is on Level 9 of the Stuartholme Apartments in Bardon and has been recently renovated to offer buyers a real difference from anything else in this exclusive building.
The Stuartholme Apartments were built in 1991 and are architecturally renowned for there unique design built into the natural landscape. The building is located at the end of Tipuana Place, with a large visitor parking area to the left of the building in between the tennis courts and swimming pool that form part of the facilities to this elegant property.
As you take the elevator (which travels diagonally through the building) up to level 9 you access a private lobby. To the left is a large room with windows and a separate storage area. This room has so much potential depending on your needs and could provide an extra bedroom and/or living areas, whilst maintaining an extra storage area. Straight on from the lift is the private Lobby for Apartment 34 and to the right is the entry to the rest of the home. The moment you walk through the door you are greeted by polished porcelain tiles stretching out across the living areas. The home has been redesigned as part of the renovation, making it more open and user friendly, whilst modernising the apartment and finishing it with high end appliances.
What the Owner says
Since first moving to the Stuartholme Apartments in 2010, I have absolutely loved living here! It is to me a fantastic place to call home and gives me a place that doesn t require a lot of maintenance that I can just lock up and leave. I have spent a lot of time making this apartment feel really special and chose to adjust the layout and finish to be a little more modern.
The biggest part was the deck, which was very difficult but hopefully you will agree was completely worth it because if you are like me, you will spend most of your time out there. I am only selling as other interests haven taken up most of my time at Hamilton Island and find I do not get the time to enjoy this apartment like I should. It s time for new owners to enjoy this fantastic apartment.
