Childers Eco-lodge is a freehold purpose-built 50 bed backpackers hostel in a beautiful country setting, catering to the in-demand working holiday maker sector.

treatment.
The property has Development Approval and infrastructure in place for 61 beds offering significant

In addition to providing accommodation, a large part of the business is liaising with local farmers on their casual labour
needs and acting as a 'Private Employment Agent' placing backpackers in seasonal work.
The Hostel consists of

One bathroom block with 4 showers 4 toilets,
3 commercial coin operated washing machines.

4 bedroom managers residence also houses the reception and office.

Turnover has grown exponentially since opening in October 2013 and strong relationships are in place with local growers sourcing labour from Childers Eco-lodge.
