Overnight the country has been advised to move into Stage 2 of the COVID-19 precautionary measures to minimize the spread of this virus. We have a duty of care to all personnel involved in our rental process, and we are proactively ensuring we are protecting ourselves and the people around us.

We are taking further precautionary measures in regards to our inspections for rental properties.

Moving forward we will be implementing a more private viewing structure for our prospective tenants. Our agents will be implementing a 2 person limit through a property at once, and take turns showing through those persons. Please limit your time in viewing the property.

Whilst you are at the property waiting for you turn to view, please respect a 1.5m social distancing health authority recommendation. We will also have all of our property doors propped open to minimise touch contamination risks, for the wellbeing of all parties involved.

We are asking for any persons wishing to view a property, that is ill to respect the authority recommendations so that we can continue to operate for all parties safely. We ask for your assistance and patience during this time.
