There were a number of factors that originally drew us to unit 3 Bannow. The panoramic uninterrupted ocean views that stretch south from Point Cartwright and north to Mt Coolum and Noosa. The unit is perfectly positioned with a patrolled beach only a few hundred meters from our door and a huge variety of caf s and restaurants that are all within walking distance.
The fact that this complex has a high percentage of owner-occupiers, that takes pride in the building. And the knowledge that Bannow was built by the Thiess family where they ensured that unit was generous in size and built to the highest of standards.

We enjoyed watching the world go by, and the ocean views from the large undercover balcony, the lounge and or the designer kitchen. All rooms in our unit have an abundance of natural light, with large windows capturing the sea breezes. Swimming in the in ground pool was a bonus during the summer months.
We have renovated the unit to a high standard with quality in mind. Features include 2-pac resin flooring, square set, shadow lining, bulkheads, glass tiles in the bathrooms and additional storage options throughout the apartment.
There are not many 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus secure gated 2-car lock up garage units with low body corporate fees available in Alex.
If you are looking for a home by the Pacific Ocean or an investment property that is both low maintenance and low stress than unit 3 Bannow is worth looking at.
