A word from the seller. What I have loved about living in this apartment has been many beautiful moments - the birdsong in the morning, hearing the nesting magpies and later in the morning the beautiful parakeets is wonderful to wake up to. We have had many long lovely lunches in winter on the balcony oozing into early evening with memories shared with friends. Sundowners watching the evening change into night with a glass of wine is pretty special. The ease of public transport with the bus across the street, or a short drive into the ICB, the airport, the river, and the motorways north or south. We are a step away from the hub that is New Farm, the Valley and the trendy restaurants, bars and lifestyle. Our dog has enjoyed lots of fun with her doggie friends across the road at Crosby Park and if rugby is your thing, the best club is across the street.
