There is one allocated car park, but ample others, large enough to store a boat. Sorry no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.
The unit is within easy walking distance to the Nightcliff shopping centre, and the old Nightcliff shops where the popular Sunday Markets are held, and there is a bust stop directly outside the complex.
