The garden equipment is stored in a 20-foot sea container, with steel floor secured to concrete footings, is fitted with various shelving units affording additional storage area.

Recent 2018 outside renovations include replacing roof sheeting and applying Dulux Cool Roof coating (10-year warranty). External cladding painted in funky ocean blue and Hedland red. Pergola ceiling finished in galvanised mini orb and new powder coated balustrading installed.

Inside renos include opening up the kitchen, dining and living room, installing mahogany kitchen countertops and mini orb back splashes in the kitchen plus a new Franke double sink and faucet. Bathroom modernised with walk in shower c/w new rain forest shower head, new vanity and towel rack along with orange tiles and blue mini orb. Bathtub removed to accommodate Miele clothes washer. Separate toilet room similarly modernised with new toilet and cistern. All bedrooms, hallway and living room walls and ceilings were painted in late 2018. Daikin split-system air conditioners were installed in 2014 to replace the window rattlers (MBR & LR Daikins replaced in 2020 & 2021). Also, in late 2018, new front and back exterior doors were installed; all flyscreens replaced with midge screens and block out blinds installed on most windows.
