There is a mezzanine above the rear portion of the office (within the workshop) which totals 36 sqm of additional storage space.
The external laydown area of this facility is immaculate, entirely covered with concrete, it is clear that this site has excellent drainage and the owner explained the extent of the in ground drains, this site is fully fenced and has a very wide electric sliding gate at the front, I estimate this would be 10 metres wide.
