Verrinder Road is ideally situated just off the Stuart highway in Berrimah offering excellent access to Darwin CBD via either Tiger Brennan or the Stuart Highway.

Verrinder Road and a depth of 81.2 metres. This site is located one block back from Tivendale Road and offers excellent access to both the Stuart Highway and Tiger Brennan Drive. This site is free of any registered easements.

This site is improved with a modern industrial building which was constructed in approximately 2013. The workshop and warehouse is 19.5 metres wide and 60 metres long (8 bays each 7.5 metres), it is accessed via three large electric roller shutters along the south eastern wall, each 6 metres wide and 5.5 metres high, a roller door at the front which is 6 metres high as well as two other doors on the rear and other side walls. The shed is constructed of a steel portal frame with Trimdek cladding, I includes transparent Alsonite panels in the roof which transfer excellent light and all wall have louvers at about 5 metres high which help keep the shed cool. The workshop is serviced by two travelling gantry cranes, one is 6 tonnes and the other is five tonnes across two winches, these can access all corners of the workshop.
At the front right hand corner of the building is 129 sqm of air-conditioned office, this includes a versatile fit out, including a reception area, three offices, lunch room and amenities. There is a mezzanine above the rear portion of the office (within the workshop) which totals 36 sqm of additional storage space.
The external laydown area of this facility is immaculate, entirely covered with concrete, it is clear that this site has excellent drainage and the owner explained the extent of the in ground drains, this site is fully fenced and has a very wide electric sliding gate at the front, I estimate this would be 10 metres wide.
