Wooloweyah is a very special and hidden place, surrounded by a natural trifecta: The ocean, a tidal lagoon and the Yuraygir National Park. Wooloweyah is just 3.4km to the Angourie Surfing Reserve - or, rather, just a few minutes drive to arguably one of Australia's greatest point breaks.

With the main town of Yamba just a 5 minute drive away, you have access to a myriad of cafes, supermarkets, daycare, schools, restaurants, a marina, moorings and related amenities. Yamba is regarded as one of the greatest surf towns in Australia, residing beside the stunning Clarence River. As Byron buckles from over-popularity and its loss of community, this part of the Northern Rivers shines.

We searched the entire NSW coast looking for the most magical place to build our dream home - Wooloweyah was it - however, due to a growing family, we are unable wait for a new build & require an established home.
