A natural theme is pursued in the open plan lounge dining room with pine lined, cathedral ceilings, slate floor and western cedar cupboards in the kitchen which also boasts a gourmet gas stove and a two drawer dish washer. Light and air circulate through the home with 2 sets of french doors leading onto the veranda.
Creature comforts are catered for with multiple air-conditioners, a Tassie Barrel slow combustion heater, 2 car carport and an above ground pool. You will also find a large self contained caravan, with kitchen and bathroom facilities that have been plumbed into the septic system creating a great spare room for those extra guests. An air-conditioned site office provides some office space or a convenient storage facility.
The cottage was originally built as temporary accommodation while building a main residence but was so comfortable, it was a case of why bother when we have this lovely cottage. It may be possible to explore building a main residence in the future and this combined with the properties double road frontage via Yango Creek Road and Dry Arm Track means this is a property full of possibilities.
