The 2021 harvest has recently been completed and the vendor has fallowed the stubbles ensuring valuable soil moisture is retained. The stubbles will be continually monitored over the next 8 weeks and if they need to be sprayed again, they will be.

Water is supplied to the property via the East Trigalana Water Users Scheme. The water is delivered to a 256,000 litre tank which sits on a hill behind the main infrastructure. Sales Process:

'Tarrallie' is being offered for sale by a two stage Expression of Interest process. The first stage will run until 10.00am Thursday 3rd March 2022 and will seek non-binding offers from interested parties. Stage two will be a period of price discovery and negotiation between the vendor and interested parties with the aim of acceptance of a fully binding offer by the vendor.
