31 North Kooba Settlers Road, Willbriggie NSW 2680 (North Kooba Farm): An approximate 132-hectare landholding that has been developed as 20 tunnel ventilated broiler sheds, along with approximately 90 hectares of cropping land currently growing winter cereals.
