There are plenty of good things I can say about no 2 Station St Whitebridge, and for me personally this is a regretful sale.
This area still retains a real community feel despite the changes that have been occurring due to its popularity. We have made good friends up and down Hudson and Station St over the 6 years we lived there.

I would love for the purchaser of our property to retain its natural features if possible. The privacy this block enjoys relates directly to its coverage of mature native trees including the significant red flowering gum. These trees act as the perfect screen from the northerly sun all year round and attract plenty of birds and other wildlife. The Cold SW wind misses no 2 Station St in Winter and in Summer you can feel the cool ocean breeze when the NE wind pushes up into the streets and valleys surrounding Dudley Beach.

I Could go further but I should finish. Whitebridge to me is still paradise - just take a walk down into Glenrock Reserve. Total serenity in a major city. Pretty hard to find these days.~ Kelly Davis
