Several times I have phoned him frantically in regard to my sale @ Werombi and not once was he rude, he calmly answered all my queries and followed up on any questions I had. Always answered my calls and gave me reassurance not only with his answers but his kind and caring manner.
A true asset to your business and I will definitely be advising all my family and friends of what a great experience it has been dealing with Joe. From start to almost finish (fingers crossed the cooling off finishes and goes ahead with sale) he has displayed a high level of expertise in this field.
