Irrigation Development:
The irrigation is developed into 6 fields, water is sourced from a 6 cylinder diesel motor on the Namoi River which delivers water into the storage or directly into the supply channel. Tail water is reused through a return drain which gravities back to the storage and can be lifted by a PTO pump back into the storage or supply channel. The storage dam has a capacity of 80ML and is developed into two cells.
Water:
Stock and domestic water is sourced from a solar equipped bore, earth dams and the Namoi River.
Fencing:
The boundary fencing along the River is new with internal fencing being of a good stock proof nature.
Improvements:
Structural Improvements consist of a good quality 15m x 26m high clearance machinery shed with lockable workshop and a set of steel cattle yards with drafting race, calf cradle, crush and loading ramp.
