Formerly from the Central Coast, the current owners were planning on driving till they found a place to settle in retirement. They had been advised against Grafton mainly because of the heat, but when the lady of the house spotted this beauty advertised in The Daily Examiner eight years ago (while visiting family) the temptation was too great and she just had to get to the Open Home.
