Would you like to engage in the tremendous potential of a home-based business?
The quiet location of Tulu , on the edge of Oxley Wild Rivers National Park, lends itself to several economic options (with plenty of parking available):
Ideal Artists Retreat the house has a number of Art Nouveau and Art Deco embellishments plus a creatively designed garden, lots of bush nearby with flora and fauna (to capture on the camera) and a trout stream rippling over rocks.
The hand-built studio, made of recycled materials, has 2 mezzanine levels and a 3x3 metre mosaic in the middle of the floor. Successful art and mosaic classes have been held here, and rustic accommodation is available in situ, as well as more comfortable beds in the adjacent cottage.
Ideal Writers retreat - The Moona Muses have met on a regular basis in such creative surroundings, and a song was once written and dedicated to the owner.
Potential Bed and Breakfast by converting part of the studio to include bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette.
A Farmstay could offer walking tours, horse trekking, and farm animal experiences or there is BMX and quad bike potential.
If the 100 hectares is not needed, then let other farmers agist cattle or lease paddocks on a permanent basis to bring in extra dollars.
