The property also features an outdoor bathhouse in the backyard and an enclosed beach shower at the front of the main house.

At the rear of the property is the second dwelling: a private, romantic, sandstone, timber, and stained-glass castle for one or two. On ground level, a full desk/dining area with kitchenette, and a shower and vanity. Upstairs is a beautiful open-plan queen bedroom and sitting area, with cathedral-ceiling and ocean views. The sofa converts to a bed suitable for an extra guest.
