We love our beach house and have tried to ensure that it provides you with all the creature comforts you desire when on holidays.
Your retail conveniences are only a 2 minute drive or 10minute walk into the heart of Ulladulla shopping centre - restaurants, cinemas, ten-pin bowling, marina, amusement centre, tennis courts and an indoor pool.
THE HOUSE

This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home awaits your booking. Rennies Retreat will comfortably sleep 8 people, with 2 queens, 1 trilogy, 1 sofa double, 1 bunk and a single. No fights for the bathroom, there's 2. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, combined kitchen, lounge, dining opening onto a great deck for Alfresco Dining. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, rumpus/childrens play (with toys provided) and TV room (with movies provided), and bathroom. Please note there is no internal access from down stairs to upstairs.
Upstairs you'll find the open plan generous lounge area that opens up on to the expansive deck. with various seating arrangements with cushions & throw rugs with sound system for your iphone dock or CDs and board games in the chest. Both the internal and external dining tables easily extend to comfortably seat 8 (& even 10 if your friendly) with extra seats found in the bedrooms.
The kitchen is well equiped for those that love to relax by cooking and sharing delicious meals with friends and family, including blenders, casserole dishes and bakeware, presentation platters, espresso machine and sharp knives. Love fresh seafood or a steak on the barbecue? Conveniently located on the deck you'll find a four burner gas unit with hood.
However, if your idea of a holiday is not to cook you?ll find excellent takeaway and restaurants just a phone call or short drive away.
For your conveniance, the pantry is stocked with the basics such as herbs, spices, flour, sauces, oil & vinegar so you don't have to buy these when you need a spoonful or two. There is also tea, coffee, herbal teas and coffee substitutes. We only ask if you finish an item or it?s running low we?d appreciate you replacing it when you do go shopping for the next guest.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Just a short stroll down the road through the bush reserve to secluded Rennies beach that never gets crowded even in peak season. Renowned by surfers for it?s poplular surf breaks on the beach, at ?the bombie? or at the ?rock platform? you?re virtually guaranteed of a wave. Take a refreshing dip, explore the rock pools or the beach caves or simply sun yourself as you watch the delightful endangered hooded plovers flit along the beach. Dolphins regularly frolic in the waves and whales spotted during migration seasons as they make their way up & down the east coast. Throw in a fishing line and bring home a fresh catch to grill on the stainless steel barbecue and enjoy with a crisp wine. At low tide you can walk all the way from Racecourse Beach around to the Lighthouse at the entrance to Ulladulla harbour.
