Blue Hills is a circa 1930's one bedroom cottage in a garden setting, lovingly restored & offering the charm of days gone by with modern amenities.The self-contained & fully equipped cottage is a great base for a relaxing weekend get-away or for longer stays allowing time to explore the natural beauty of Tuross Head & surrounds with coastal walks, scenic drives, often deserted beaches & waterways.The sun drenched private deck is great for a lazy drink in the afternoon or a leisurely coffee in the morning with the newspaper. Bring your bicycle, kayak, golf clubs or surfboard for a more active stay.Ideally located in popular 'Old Tuross' you can wander down to the boatshed cafe precinct for fish & chips or a fresh seafood meal by the water.A fully equipped kitchenette with with some pantry staples & outdoor barbecue allow you to self cater for meals. Television, music sound system, a selection of cd's & books with electric heating & ceiling fan are some of the thoughtful inclusions. The property is fenced with a carport & space to park a boat within the grounds. A well behaved small pet may be approved on application. Bath towels & linen are provided for the double bed & can be provided for the sofa bed in the living area on request.
