Over the years the current owner has worked tirelessly to improve the the environmental value of the property with removal of weeds over 3ha and regenerating the natural forest. His commitment to works on this property has sparked interest from surrounding neighbours who have also committed to environmental restoration projects extending the environmental connectivity in the Rose Rd area.
