'Wilga' forms part of the Currumbah capped and piped bore scheme. The bore head is located on the adjoining property, 'Glenville', which is situated within 1 km of the watering points. There are 7 adjoining rural properties with access to this bore scheme. The water supply is a feature of the property; 3 tanks and 1 trough. 'Wilga' is typical for the area with quality Brigalow Belah country. The soil types range from soft reddish loam country running onto predominantly heavier black self-mulching soils.
