It's just so wonderful to find a 5 acre (approx.) property that's mostly regenerated bushland. Especially in a vital koala habitat corridor.

We're only about 15 minutes from Lismore here, and 25 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Evans Head. It's a flood free block of land with a 3 bedroom home (more about that later). Just down the hill there is a little creek (neighbouring property) and over the back is the Tuckean Swamp, a beautiful wetland vitally important to the local ecology.

The wildlife on this property is phenomenal and It's loaded with indigenous tree species, beautiful undergrowth of ferns and grasses

The home is in a pretty bad way. We're not showing photos of the home because of that. You'll have to take my word for it, photos are not appropriate, and the owners don't want that shown online. It needs to be completely gutted and stripped back. It's actually a great layout. You'll find the floor plan on our listing. With an interior makeover and some clearing outside, you could really have a wonderful home here. But you could also look at extending, or perhaps rebuilding in a seperate position and make the existing home a secondary dwelling (of course check that with council first).
