The town has a local hospital, full-time doctor/chemist, ambulance officer, policeman, and NRMA garage, 18-hole golf course, bowling club (both clubs with restaurants), cafe, hairdresser, pub/restaurant/hotel, post office/newsagent, bank, library, men's shed, caravan park, large swimming pool, well-maintained aged units, four churches, 24-hour air strip, hardware store, and petrol station. There is also a thriving tennis club with excellent courts and a sports complex, well-kept oval, and squash courts.
General
Very friendly neighbours. In fact, the whole town is very open with new arrivals.
The house is priced to sell very quickly.
Some employment opportunities exist (especially for a nurse, school teacher, or tradesman). But this would be even better for a retired couple, single mum, or anyone who can work from home.
