Piers are concrete, weatherboards are imported Canadian redwood, internal floors generally Cypress pine. Doors, and windows and their architraves are generally of very good quality, using redwood.

The invitation was issued 22 January and will close at noon 14 February in Bega. Offers invited for $400,000 (+). It is planned to assess these proposals within a week, and select the winning party. Unsuccessful parties will be so advised soon thereafter. it should be noted that the owner recently had the house inspected for white ants, and none were found.
