On the lower level you have a second lounge room and 3 more bedrooms with all enjoying a lovely aspect, bathroom, storeroom/workshop and second deck to escape to when you want to ignore the family for an hour or two. From the bottom deck you have direct access to the low maintenance backyard with plenty of room for the kids to play.
There is also a double garage with internal access and room for the man about the house to tinker away.
If you feel like catching a wave or just want the sand between your toes then you only have to walk to the end of the cul-de-sac, down a couple of steps and it's a level walk to Tathra Beach, play park for the little ones, club & cafes.
And when you are done cooling the soul in the blue waters or you have over indulged in one of our local cafes and feel a siesta is in order then you only have to take that short walk back home to your own sanctuary.
