Spread across three levels, Pelican Waters provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Let me walk you through the different levels and what they have to offer:

Level One: As you enter the property, you'll find one of the living areas, which serves as a cozy gathering space for family and friends. Additionally, on this level, there is a laundry room for your convenience and one of the bedrooms with an ensuite.

Level Two: The heart of the home is located on the second level. Here, you'll find another spacious living area where you can relax, watch movies, or engage in lively conversations. Adjacent to the living area is a large kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table is conveniently placed in the kitchen area, allowing everyone to enjoy meals together while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
