"St Elmo" is approx 3 minutes North East of Stuart Town and 65km from Orange. Consisting of approx 137 acres of undulating grazing land. Natural pastures and timbers of stingy bark and gum provide food and shelter for livestock. 3 dams and a bore supply ample water, and the older 4 stand shearing shed still remains.
