Last Listing description (March 2011)

''Two Prime Half Acre Blocks, Right in St Albans village
Elevated and gently sloping, these two seperate titled pieces of land have unlimited potential. Use one and retain the other for investment.
They are barely two minutes walk from the Settler Arms Inn, which is an historic favourite 'waterhole'.

One of the blocks is vacant land and on the other, there is a great little barn (see photos) which is tricked out as a weekender to sleep at least four. There's ample living area, compact kitchen and bathroom and spacious bedroom loft. This is a good thing. Currently it is used as a weekend escape by the owners and from time to time they let it to others who want to get away for it all. St Albans is a great place for that.
Close by the barn is the old original cottage. It's more than 100 years old now and needs levelling up and plenty of other work, but for all it's shortcomings, it is still servicable and gets used too. Spend a few 'bob' and you could turn this into something good too.
Live here permanently if you are of a mind to. Don???t forget there are two separate titles. So nothing prevents you from retaining the existing buildings and build a new home as well. I have uploaded quite a number of photos so I will let them do the talking. Beyond that, call me and get up here for a look. Make it quick.
I am Chris Wilkinson 0418 213 217 SEVEN DAYS 8am to 8pm
Inspections seven day too; if I can.
