You will drive in through our palm tree-lined road and be greeted to another private world/sanctuary / resort-like feel. All your worries will dissolve once you have come out on the other side. We are however less than 2 Km to McDonald's / IGA / River View Hotel / Bowling Club / Start of the Northern Rivers Rail Trail and another 1 KM into Murwillumbah itself with Coles and so many gorgeous art deco and funky shops, awesome children's park, skate ramp etc and restaurants and cafes.

There is so much to do in Murwillumbah and surrounds or you can stay on the property, fish, crab, swim, play outdoor cricket or roll up with a book on the verandah. The choice is yours!
It is nearly 20 minutes to many great places. Including; Gold Coast International Airport and The Gold Coast, Kingscliff, Cabarita, Pottsville, Fingal Beach and Lighthouse, Tweed Heads South Shopping Centre with Hoyts reclining chairs, plus some of the most gorgeous little quirky towns around us. Minutes to Margaret Ollie Gallery, Husk Distillery, Northern Rivers Rail Trail, M Arts Precinct and Murwillumbah itself. 45 minutes to Bryon Bay, Mullumbimby or Theme Parks on the Gold Coast. We have so much natural beauty surrounding us with awesome waterfalls and bush walks and pristine beaches and inland swimming holes. Or you can just stay in your own little paradise!
You will have exclusive use of the property and house. Gardeners will be in on certain days to maintain the grounds and pool as needed. They will notify you if they need to come in during your stay.

The owners are travelling, so the house is set up with lots of extras as if it was your own multi-million dollar property with everything from quality linen, 6 burner gas Ilve stove and 800cm electric oven, mix master to every conceivable item you will need in a kitchen or home. The study & garage is locked & not available and our sheds are out of bounds. We do however have a double carport for you to park in.
We are very environmentally friendly. Buy fresh eggs from next door and enjoy the freshest ingredients from road stalls around us. Our fresh weekly markets are great too in Murwillumbah and surrounding villages.
House Rules:
The river is not fenced so there is NO barrier between the house and the river. You must be aware of this if you have children on the property. The swimming pool is fully fenced.
Sheds are out of bounds and no one is permitted to go near them. The sheds are not close to the house, however.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Although we have a boat ramp, it cannot be used to launch your boat. There is a public boat ramp at Condong approx 1 km from the house.
Please be cautious on the boat ramp. It can be extremely slippery, especially on lower tides as the high tide can bring mud onto the ramp.
* No smoking inside the house or where smoke can blow back into the house
* No parties (or events without owner consent)
* No pets
The house needs to be left in a good tidy, clean and well maintained condition. BBQ cleaned. Additional Cleaning fees apply if not.
The house will be put on the market next year. If you should be looking at relocating to the Northern Rivers, you can try before you buy!
