Conceived more than 30 years ago by the Shellharbour City Council to create employment opportunities and increase local tourism, the Waterfront, Shell Cove is finally coming to life! Nestled between major green open spaces, including Killalea State Park & the Illawarra escarpment, and conveniently located 90km from Sydney's southern suburbs, Shell Cove blurs the lines between rural, coastal and urban living.

The completion of Shellharbour Marina, the Harbourside Dining Precinct, Waterfront Tavern, public boat ramp and car park, Foreshore Promenade and boardwalks are all forecast to be complete and ready for the community to enjoy in 2021.
