This house is located above my business which is a small private personal training studio. The studio is located on level 1 of the property and is completely seperate to the house and there can be the potential for noise which you may be able to hear but some people don't notice it. The price reflects this aspect. Please note: my business has a separate entrance on regent street and is seperate so you wont come into contact with myself or my staff. We are only open for a few hours in the morning and evening monday to friday and closed for the remainder. This property is extremely safe and well secured.
