If you long to be away from the traffic and bustle, in a calm and beautiful environment amongst the vines; and be environmentally responsible, this is the home for you. Solar panel electricity and brand new solar hot water, rain water, vegetable and many herb patches, citrus trees and many flowers, with room for your dog to chase the ball this is perfect. We have recently built a dog proof fence around a large section of our back yard, so animals can be safely enclosed. If you love gardening you can take up where we leave off with everything that can be composted is, and home made mulch (and we are leaving you the mulcher:)). Add to that community lawn tennis courts and an all weather tennis court, a bocce court and even a one hole golf course with a beautifully level back lawn for all sorts of games and sports. Imagine sitting on your back verandah sipping medal winning wine grown from the grapes in your own backyard. Bliss! Your neighbours are like minded souls who meet every month for drinks, barbecues and many other social events. For example, our community fellowship is demonstrated by our wonderful harvest dinner, our Xmas in July dinner and our fund raising for charity December brunch. A partially underground (oversized :) can't leave that word out!) cellar keeps your wine at a constant 16 degrees year round and there is space for 2000 plus bottles. We will leave the wine racks too :). We have a Zip instant boiling/chilled filtered water tap, reverse cycle air conditioning and the towel rails in all three bathrooms are heated by hot water when you use the bathroom. The cupboards and shelving in the living room and study are built in and are included. We have strata levies which are used for all the work related to running our vineyard and maintaining the common areas. Currently they are about $1,300 per quarter, so the more wine we sell the more money we make, the lower the levies. Perfect excuse for you to save money by enjoying our beautiful wines :).
