Tombonda is named for the big hill on the property that rises to 650m above sea level.
Tombonda is located at Ournie in the Upper Murray region of New South Wales. Tombonda is 10km north of the Murray River and enjoys spectacular views of the Snowy Mountains including Mt Kosciuszko.
Access is from the sealed Munderoo-Ournie Road, the property is 30km south of Tumbarumba, 30km from the village of Jingellic where you can cross the Murray River into Victoria and is approximately 47km north west of Corryong in Victoria's high country. Albury and Wagga Wagga are approximately 130km.
The land area is 121.4 hectares or 300 acres on one title in the Snowy Valleys Council.
