The location. It is literally 5 minutes to anywhere in Orange. We love the master bedroom and ensuite, the spaciousness made it feel quite grand. The deck is wonderful on a weekend to sit back, relax and watch the kids run around and play in the backyard. Walks around Wirraburra walk and Byng street cafe were a regular Sunday morning pilgrimage that we will miss.
