It is on the ground floor with the living room opening onto a patio with hooded bbq and small fenced garden with a table and chairs all overlooking the beach. The garden opens onto a spacious grassy reserve with no street in front so it is ideal for children. There are no houses or roads between the apartment and the ocean which is only a 3 minute walk away.

There is a children's play park at the bottom of the hill.

PLEASE NOTE: Electricity, gas, water, and Wi Fi is at additional cost of $50 per week.
