COVID-19 Precautionary Measures
Green St Property is taking necessary precautions during the outbreak of COVID-19. Our staff and communities well-being is a priority and our business is responding daily to the requirements placed on the greater community by National and Local Government Health Organisations in an effort to slow down the infection rate of this virus.

As a result of this we are managing routine inspections and leasing open homes by arranging:
Private viewings for potential residents (via pre-booked appointments). Please note, we have to respect the wishes of our property residents and viewing times may not always suit but we will be as accommodating as possible.
Online property viewings. We understand that people still require housing options and we want to do our best to help make that happen. Where possible we will be conducting online tours (on Facebook and Instagram) of potential homes available for lease. If you are interested or would like to know more information, please follow us on all our social platforms where we will announce scheduled times.
For those that already lease with Green St Property, we will be communicating more with residents about the potential safety precautions in regards to routine inspections. If you have travelled outside of Australia within the last 14 days, been in contact with someone who has or is showing any flu-like symptoms please get in touch to make alternative arrangements.
We will have hand sanitizer available at open homes, however, with the increasing difficulty of obtaining this product, we ask that where possible, to bring your own along to inspections and to maintain a safe and respectful distance between yourself, others and staff.
