All apartments have access to a beautiful inground pool and have an allocated car space (however these are not numbered).
Owners can choose not the let the unit and keep it for their private use (maximum 150 days a year & 6 weeks in any one period), manage the leasing through an agent, or through the on-site manager. Nelson Bay Real Estate recommends the on-site managers, and they have an excellent track record for maintaining the units, happy guests, and high occupancy.
