'Belmont' is an extremely well located grazing property being some 20km south east of Narromine and 50km south west of Dubbo. It fronts the Tantitha Road which is sealed all but the last 7km to the property.

Previously running 2000 Merino ewes with cropping the property is now home to an excellent line of Santa Gertrudis cows and their followers. The current management has some 150 cows, replacements and fatten the steer component. The current owners consistently run the property with a view to continuing to enhance the pasture development. Some 730ha (approx.) are arable. 500ha have been established to pasture with tropical grasses and clovers bouncing out of the ground with the recent views. There is a mains powered equipped submersible pump on the bore which feeds throughs and water points around the house, sheds and yards.

'Belmont' soils are predominantly red loams to sandy loams with areas of granite types. It has a timbered hill of approximately 365ha which is fenced. All the cleared country has been contoured ensuring excellent catch to water points.

'Belmont' provides accommodation through a 4 bedroom weatherboard & clad home which has not been lived in since 2019. Some works would be required for it to be habitable.

The working infrastructure includes a substantial set of steel cattle yards erected in 2019. It has a new Stock Pro loading race, crush, draft and personal access gates.
